The Building
Book a stay
in the heart of Rome
Casa Fabbrini Bocca di Leone Fancy Suites is located in a former palace in Via Bocca di Leone 43, a picturesque street in the historic centre of Rome, halfway between Via del Corso and the Spanish Steps.
This palace is located in one of the oldest areas of the city, Rione Campo Marzio and has kept its original charm intact through careful restoration that has accentuated the spaciousness of the rooms, characterised by high ceilings and large windows that emphasise their natural brightness.
The suites and the large living room for the guests best display the individual style of Casa Fabbrini.
The furnishing accessories, the beds and the finishes have been selected or custom made to give life, warmth and comfort to a period house, which makes you feel at home yet has all the services of a hotel.
The Bocca di Leone guesthouse is located on the main floor of the building (the second floor) and consists of 4 suites, perfect for couples or families with children who want to be close to all the wonders of Rome.
The elegant living room, embellished with designer lamps, coffee tables, armchairs and sofas is the result of the Fabbrini’s passion for the art of hospitality, since every detail is a sign of understated sophistication.
Discover a magical place
among the shopping streets
The building that houses Casa Fabbrini Bocca di Leone has the advantage of being close to all the attractions most sought after by tourists while, at the same time, it provides you with the opportunity to unveil the authenticity of a world in which tradition has always been linked to creativity, as demonstrated by the artisan shops on this street and the glimpses of pure beauty scattered in the surrounding streets.
It is no coincidence that artists, writers and prominent personalities, coming from abroad to live in Rome, have often chosen to make their home in Via Bocca di Leone.
A plaque next to our guesthouse recalls, in fact, an Austrian narrator and poetess who lived here in the sixties, Ingeborg Bachmann, who wrote of the Eternal City: “I have seen that merely mentioning the name of Rome still evokes the world and that the key to its strength are four letters SPQR “.
Hospitality and Elegance
are the Fabbrini's distinctive features
Bocca di Leone Fancy Suites is the latest hospitality venture for the Fabbrini family, which established the Casa Fabbrini Val d’Orcia agritourism and the Boutique B & B Campo Marzio, accommodation facilities that share the refined style and approach to hospitality as an art to be transmitted and not just as a service to be provided.
With this expertly restored former noble residence, the Fabbrini would like to offer the most discerning travellers, those who shy away from the usual choices, a charming stay in the centre of Rome, far from the crowds yet walking distance from the main points of interest.
